If its a rule there will be some set of protocols. If the rule itself is like a "stunt" scene, only confusion remains. In Delhi, the same thing happened when Kejriwal attempted to make Janata Dharbar.

Kejriwal's government said, "the people's grievance will be heard by person, and their petitions will be scanned and the due actions will be taken in due course". He came and sat with his group of Ministers. It was a large crowd. India don't have any grievance and Indian citizens don't have any problems, but if instant cure is available for particular problems in the sense, definitely people will come.

Its not a new thing happened in India. In Karnataka Ramakrishna Hegde had this as a habit. Daily morning, after his walking, he used to meet people in his house entrance. If the problem's severity is more he will order on the spot if its less he would inform his subordinates. This process was one of the best process during his rule. Because, this process is one of the key features of his rule, not one of the stunt scene of his rule. Kejriwal was managed to head an Exhibition so too much of crowd and that much of confusions.

The Delhi CM's rule might end as a drama. He promised for 700 liters of water. Later, they announced its not applicable for the non-metered connection. Now, its an useless scheme. Water scene is over. Next, Electricity scene, he promised it will be reduced by 50%. In Tamil Nadu till 100 units Re.1, till 200 units Rs.1.50, but Kejriwal government fixed till 200 units Rs.1.95 & this rate is applicable only for three months. No one knows that whether it will be increased or not in the days to come.

No red light. No block of traffic for want of him. No home is needed. No big home. Okay I will take the big home. These kind of scenes are not related to the rule. But this is also stunt. We had Chief Ministers who lived an extra ordinary normal life compared to him !!

நான் என்பது அகந்தையை அதிகரிக்கும் என்கிறார் ரமணர். அந்த நான் என்பவர் நம்முள் எங்கு இருக்கிறார். உன்னால் உன் நெஞ்சின் மீது கை வைத்து நான் என்றால் நான் என்று கூறலாம். ஆனால், அது நீ இல்லை உன் உடலில் ஓர் பகுதி அவ்வளவுதான்.

ரமணரின் வழியில், நான் என்ற எண்ணத்தை பற்றி அலசி ஆராய்ச்சி செய்தால், நம் மனம் மற்றவைகளில் தேவையில்லாமல் நுழையாது.

நான் யார் என்பதை ஒருவன் அவ்வளவு சுலபமாக செய்து விட முடியாது. அவ்வாறு செய்யும் செயல் கடவுளிடம் சற்று நெருங்குவது போலத்தான். அதனால்தான் நம் முன்னோர்கள் சொன்னார்கள்.  மனமே கோவில் மனிதனே தேவன் என்று. நம் எண்ணங்கள் நம் செய்ல்கள் எல்லாம் எப்போது ஒரு நிமித்த நிலைக்கு வருகிறதோ அப்போது நம்மால் சற்று கடவுளை உணர முடியும்.

கடவுளை உணருவதும், உன்னை நீ உணருவதும் சற்று சமமே. நாம் யாரும் நம்மை யார் என்று எப்போதுமே ஆராய்வது கிடையாது. ஏதோ, பிறந்த்தோம், வாழ்கிறோம். அவ்வளவுதான். சராசரி வாழ்க்கை. நீ யார் என்பதை உணரும் தருணம் உனக்குள் ஒரு நிகழ்வு நிகழும், அந்த நிகழ்வை பற்றிக்கொண்டு அப்படியே சென்றால், கடவுளிடம் நெருங்கும் வாய்ப்பை பெறலாம் என்கிறார் ரமணர். அவர் கூறியதை சமஸ்கிருத்த்தில் சொல்லி வாசகர்களை நன் குழப்ப விரும்பவில்லை.

ரமணரும் சொல்கிறார், நான் என்பதை தேடிக்கொண்டுஇருக்கின்றேன் என்று.

நம்மையே நாம் கேட்டுக்கொள்ள வேண்டும். முதன் முதலாக, இந்த உடலும் அதன் இயக்கங்களும் (அன்னமயகோசம்) நாமல்ல என்று அறிகிறோம். இன்னும் ஆழ்ந்து விசாரிக்கும் போது மனமும் அதன் விருத்தி பேதங்களும் (மனோமயகோசம்) நாமல்ல என்று உணர்கிறோம். அடுத்தபடி எண்ண விருத்திகள் எங்கிருந்து கிளம்புகின்றன என்று கவனிக்க வேண்டும். விருத்திகள் தாமாகவே கிளம்பிக் கொண்டிருக்கின்றன - ஒன்று, மேலோட்டமான சாதாரண நினைவுகளாகவே, அல்லது ஆலோசிப்பவைகளாகவே எழுகின்றன. அவை புத்தியிலேயே இயங்குகின்றன. அவற்றை புத்திப்பூர்வமாக உணர்வது யார்?

எண்ணங்களின் இருப்பும், அவற்றின் தெளிவான விவரங்களும் இயக்கமும், 'நான்' எனும் தனி ஜீவனுக்கே தெரிகின்றன. இவ்வாறு எண்ணங்களின் இருப்பையும் தொடர்பையும் உணர்வது எதுவோ அதுவே ஜீவவியக்தி அல்லது 'நான்' எனும் அகங்காரம் (அகந்தை), புத்தி (விஞ்ஞானமய கோசம்) என்பது அகந்தையின் உபாதியே (செருகுவதற்குரிய கவச உறை மட்டுமே) அன்றி அதுவே அகந்தை ஆகாது. இந்த அகந்தை, அதாவது 'நான்', என்பது என்ன? அது எங்கிருந்து கிளம்புகிறது? கனவிலும் நனவிலும் அதே 'நான்' உடன் தொடர்கிறது. கனவைப் பற்றி நனவில் இப்போது விசாரிக்க வேண்டியது ஒன்றும் இல்லை.

விழிப்பு நிலையில் இப்போதுள்ள 'நான்' யார்? 'நான்' தூக்கத்திலிருந்து வெளிப்பட்டவன் எனின், தூங்கும் போது அறியாமை இருளில் 'நான்' அழுந்திக் கிடந்தேன் என்று விழித்தபின் தெரிகிறது. வேத சாஸ்திரங்களும் ஞானியரும் ஐயமறக் கூறும் ஆன்ம சொரூபம் அந்த அழுந்திடக் கிடந்த அகந்தையாகிய 'நான்' ஆக இருக்க முடியாது. தூக்கத்தைக் கடந்து இருப்பதும், தூக்கத்தின்போது கனவிலும், பின்னர் நனவிலும் அந்த நிலைகளின் குணங்கள் அறவே இல்லாமல் இருந்து வருவது எதுவோ அதுவே யதார்த்தமான நான்.

அவஸ்தாதிரயத்தின் (துயில், கனவு, நனவு ஆகிய மூன்று நிலைகளின்) சாட்சியாய் (சான்றாய், நேர்காட்சியாளனாய்), அதிஷ்டானமாய் (உறைவிடமாய்), குணங்குறியற்று இருப்பது எதுவோ அதுவே 'நான்' எனும் ஆன்ம சொரூபம், என்று இவ்வாறு அகமுக விசாரணையால் அனுபவத்துத் தெரிந்துகொள்ள வேண்டும்.

பஞ்ச கோசங்களையும் கடந்து நிற்பது ஆத்ம சொரூபம். ஆநாத்ம (ஆன்மா இல்லாத) தத்துவங்களை 'நானல்ல, நானல்ல' என்று ஒதுக்கித் தள்ளிய பிறகு அங்கே விளங்குவது தய சத்-சித்-ஆனந்த சொரூபமாம் ஆத்மாவே.

பஞ்ச கோசங்களாவன: அன்னமயம் (உடல்), பிராணமயம் (ஐம்பொறிகளும் பிராணனும்), மனோமயம் (ஐம்புலன்களும் மனமும்), விஞ்ஞானமயம் (ஞானேந்திரியமும் புத்தியும்) மற்றும் ஆனந்தமயம் (மாண்டூக்ய உபநிஷத்தில் கூறப்படும் ஆழ்ந்த உறக்க நிலை).

HRD Ministry approved the Foreign Educational Institutions to conduct their business with non-profit motive Under Indian Companies Act 25. For this plan, Finance and trade ministry has given some recommendations. It has been decided that these Institutions will be coming under the banner of UGC. The foreign university business bill in India is still pending from Parliament side, that we all knew. At this moment, the Central government is very keen in welcoming the foreign universities is a sad thing.

A country may loss its identity in any department or industry, but it should not loss its identity in making the own graduates, it should not allow a foreign player to do so.  I have already conveyed my opposition for the foreign University bill which is pending from Parliament. But, UGCs some of the norms are not in good shape. It will start basic law discomfort.

While the UGC’s new norms already in force, how the new norm which was passed by parliament can over-ride the UGC’s norms ?  UGC Act section 22 accepts central law, state law or UGC law Section 3, the Institutions which comes under and the Institutions which is recognized by the parliament. This UGC act passed by Parliament on 1956. But, if a foreign university recognized by UGC, those degrees don’t get recognition inside India. So that now UGC urges those degrees should be certified by All Indian Universities Senate & hence those degrees will be considered as Indian degree. This action is against our Parliamentary democracy. It’s a big drawback to Indian higher studies too.

Encouraging this Foreign Universities by UGC will make law disorders. Because, it will override the basic law which is already in force. Currently in India, so many colleges, the seats are vacant. Welcoming the unrecognized foreign universities to India may cut the roots of the Indian Universities.

According to new norms, UGC is planning to allow only top 400 Universities of the world. After some years, this norm may change according to the foreign universities’ feasibility. India’s Private and government educational institutions will be ignored and the foreign university will be given more preference. This will lead to a greater confusion and impact the Indian Educational system.
